Our Breads
All of our breads are made with organic flours. We use long fermentation times to achieve the complex flavor that make our breads so distinct. Baked on a stone hearth, our breads emerge from the oven with a boldly baked crust and an open, airy interior. All of our whole wheat flour is grown in Colorado and milled at our bakery with our Meadows 8" stone mill. We use local ingredients whenever possible with a goal to become 100% regional within the next year. All of our breads are naturally leavened from our Mother, the hearty sourdough starter.
Baguette (available every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday)
Ingredients: Organic wheat flour, water, organic stone-milled whole wheat flour, sourdough culture, salt
A traditional baguette, with a twist. We go for a crisp, thin crust and a super open, melt-in-your mouth interior.
Country (available every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday)

The most classic of our breads. White and wheat flours with a balanced sourdough flavor. Perfect for any sandwich or table bread.
Seeded (available every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday)

This bread is chock full of seeds. It is hearty and will keep on your counter all week due to its high percentage of water and whole grains. For the seedy folk out there, this one is for you!
Millhouse (Monday delivery only)
Ingredients: Organic stone-milled Colorado wheat flour, water, sourdough culture, salt
Our local loaf, this one is made from 100% Colorado grown wheat. We mill it fresh for our mixing days. This loaf is flavorful, filling, and nutritious. It highlights the terroir of Colorado. We feature a rotation of grains from around the state. When available, we love to feature Norwood farmers Ernie and Karyn Marolf of Marolf Ranch- their grains are grown under 2 miles away from our bakery!
Olive (Monday delivery only)

Seeded Rye (Wednesday delivery only)
Ingredients: Organic stone ground whole rye flour, water, organic sunflower seeds, organic sesame seeds, organic flax seeds, sourdough culture, sea salt
100% whole ye flour, German-style rye bread. Dark and dense, baked in a pan, with toasted sunflower, sesame, and flax seed
Oat (Wednesday delivery only)

Our country loaf with the addition of a fermented oatmeal porridge. Rolled in oats for a beautiful exterior crust and delicious toasted oat crunch.
Spelt (Friday delivery only)
Ingredients: Stone ground Colorado whole spelt flour, water, sourdough culture, sea salt
An ancient grain loaf made with 100% spelt flour. We source our spelt from Tyler Willbanks of Rocky Draw Farm in Mancos, CO. His fields are worked solely by horse-power, a farmer truly committed to farming sustainably. Spelt is one of the oldest varieties of wheat.
Anadama (Friday delivery only)
